Our staff at the consolidating dealerships are being moved to other dealership locations within Windy City Motorcycle Company, so they will still be here to serve you!
I bought a bike at one of the stores that is consolidating, does this affect my warranty, my priority maintenance plan, or any of the other protection products that I bought with it? What about any gift cards that I have?
Great news! All products, including gift cards, sold at any Windy City Motorcycle Company dealership are transferrable to any other Windy City Motorcycle Company location.

My motorcycle is in for service or winter storage at one of the stores that is consolidating, do I need to do anything?
No, there is nothing that you need to do. Windy City Motorcycle Company will contact you before transport the motorcycle, if required, to your new store for service and/or pickup when appropriate. If you would like your motorcycle moved to another Windy City Motorcycle Company store or pick up your motorcycle now, please let them know when they contact you and they will make the arrangements for you.
I’ve ordered parts or merchandise at one of the stores that is consolidating, what do I do?
There is nothing that you need to do. All orders will be processed and fulfilled by the teams at your new dealership. They will be in contact with you as your merchandise arrives.
