I bought a bike at one of the stores that is temporarily closed, does this affect my warranty, my priority maintenance plan, or any of the other protection products that I bought with it? What about any gift cards that I have?

My motorcycle is in for service or winter storage at one of the stores that is closing, do I need to do anything?
No, there is nothing that you need to do. Customer service work will be completed at the store that you dropped your bike off at. The team will notify you when it is completed for pickup. If required, Windy City Motorcycle Company will transport the motorcycle to your new store for service and/or pickup when appropriate. If you would like your motorcycle moved to another Windy City Motorcycle Company store or pick up your motorcycle now, please contact the store that you dropped off at and they will make the arrangements for you.
I’ve ordered parts or merchandise at one of the stores that is temporarily closing, what do I do?
There is nothing that you need to do. All orders will be processed and fulfilled by the teams at your new dealership. They will be in contact with you as your merchandise arrives.
I belong to the HOG Chapter at one of the stores that is temporarily closing. What will happen to us?
Harley-Davidson HOG Chapter member groups will continue to be sponsored and supported by their original Windy City Harley-Davidson dealership location, or as needed, by an alternate Windy-City Harley-Davidson store within the network.
